Position: Territory Sales Manager (TSM)
Focus: Federal Government Contracting SALES to Construction, Skilled Trade, Logistics, and Industrial Sectors.
Compensation: Commission-only; average first-year earnings of $100k+

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Identify and pursue new sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct in-person meetings to demonstrate products or services, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales with clients.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts and proposals.
• Product Knowledge & Presentation:
• Stay informed about the company’s products/services and be able to explain them to clients.
• Provide detailed product demonstrations tailored to the client’s needs.
• Offer solutions and product recommendations based on customer inquiries.
• Territory Management:
• Plan and manage sales activities within a designated territory.
• Schedule client meetings, route planning, and follow-ups.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, contracts, and sales results.
• Provide regular reports on progress and forecast future sales.
• Market & Competitor Analysis:
• Monitor market trends and gather feedback on competitors.
• Identify emerging market opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Persuasive and able to handle negotiations.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

This is a hybrid role typically requires some travel and the ability to work remotely via Zoom, LinkedIn ect in a fast-paced sales environment.
